My Gold Canyon Story

Let me start out by saying: I was not born a candle lover! I honestly used to think: A candle is a candle, as long as it is the right color and is fragrant, who cares? BUT then, one of my dear daughters gave me a Gold Canyon Candle as a gift. I was amazed: This was a CANDLE with a difference and I realized I had been a candle 'airhead'! Not any more!

As a candle 'airhead' I found out 3 things that were of interest to me:

1. You can actually burn a candle & not have enough wax left to make a new candle (which, being discouraged with so much wax left on those 'other' candles, I used to scrape them up and do exactly that!)

2. You can actually (accidentally or deliberately) touch melted candle wax and not get burned! GC has cool burning wax!

3. There is actually a technique to burning and caring for your candles! See our Candle Care.
